It's not meant to be complicated — just proper food, a bit of conversation, and a short, honest escape before you get back to your day.

We're Luca and Marco. Trained chefs with over 20 years of experience, we grew up in the rural heart of central Italy, where life is measured by the seasons and the time spent at the table with family and friends.
When we arrived in Bingham, it felt like home — we knew we'd found the place to build our new life.
Castelano is that home, and we hope it can be yours too. We didn't set out to open a restaurant; we just wanted to bring our own rhythm here.
